There is a degree of normality starting to shine on Warrahwillah. The craziness of organising and opening the gallery is starting to give way to a more normal pace and the focus is shifting back to the creative. I’m not saying there still isn’t lots to do but the balance is shifting.
Over the last few days I found some time to organise a few new images for the gallery. First off is a really beautiful image by Russell Ord. The image is called Dawn Lip. Not only is the angle unique but the colour and texture in the lip and roof of the wave is amazing. The web/facebook/blog just does not do it justice.
The first prints are done and drying on the rack to be finished for the weekend. Come and check it out.
There is another of Russell’s “gallery images” just around the corner. In my opinion his images shot from the water are incredible (he is the best at it).
I hope you love it!
Speak soon.
Tony
p.s. Just in case you didn’t know the gallery is on the main road through Margaret River (Bussell Highway) opposite the beer garden of the Margaret River Hotel (iconic) and on top of Rip Curl (rightfully so).
