Autumn has been an exceptionally busy period.
The elements have been aligning on a regular basis and my cameras have been working overtime. The next six days are looking pretty much the same.
I’m heading off in a couple of hours to stand on a distant shoreline where the ocean will stand and deliver with the full force of its energy. I expect it is going to be pretty dramatic.
The swell is huge and the period long. The weather report is calling for intermittent showers. I’m going to get wet but hopefully this will also bring with it that beautiful scattered light between the cloud patches. Cross my fingers.
The walk into my next location is about 5 kms and that is after a pretty lengthy drive. It’s one of those remote dead end kinds of spots where unless you have a reason to visit you just don’t go there.
Last week I swam, walked and climbed for the accompany images. All good.
I was particularly wrapped in the dolphin shot where again a mother and calf came in to check me out. Technically the shot is compromised but I just love the content.
These images are a snap shot of recent sessions and the next batch should be different again. I hope you love them.
A quick add on. If you would like to know more detail about the photography sessions as they happen register for the “photographer’s journal” on the home page.
And a final note. A huge thanks to those that have been supporting me and sharing my passion by purchasing the images. It is hugely appreciated.
